Giorgos Kyriazidis

Biographie

Giorgos Kyriazidis was born in 1998 in Thessaloniki. He began piano lessons at the age of 5 at the Orpheus Conservatory. In 2008 he started studying at New Conservatory of Thessaloniki and after 3 years he continued his studies at the National Conservatory of Athens with Sabrina Thomos, where he obtained a piano diploma. In 2017 he was admitted to the Department of Music Studies of the Ionian University and currently studies piano under the supervision of Professor Lampis Vassiliadis. He has attended seminars with Hideyo Harada, Eri Nakagawa, Robert Shatterlee and Nico Benadie. As a concert pianist, he has performed in concerts in Athens, Thessaloniki, Corfu, Florina and more. He also has performed a number of chamber music concerts and is also the accompanying pianist of the Men's and Women's Choir of Corfu. He also recently has gotten into musical composition, making works for solo piano and ensembles.
